Sri Lanka 2005: Project Galle. Refugee camp maintenance and building permanent housing for tsunami refugees
Vale Festival 2005-2008: Site Manager for Vale Festival, a 5000 capacity charity festival raising money for health and environmental causes.
Sri Lanka 2007: Working with Impact Aid on mobile medical vans to tsunami refugee camps and undertaking research to assess the health impact of refugee camp living conditions on the internally displaced people living in them.

I grew up in Glastonbury and have the festival, surf and outdoor lifestyle ingrained in me. As well as surfing, I’m a keen climber and mountain biker. I’m not quite sure how I ended up being a doctor, but I am determined to make it work for me!
