The G-Land clinic, Medical cover for some MTB and Trail Running events, ICU during the COVID pandemic, water safety at the J-bay open… And countless Surf Lifesaving hours as a student.

South African Transkei/Wild Coast.

Worst surf trip:
Madeira 2022, two weeks in winter, flat as a lake.

How do you cope with stress? Do you have a release?
Get in the water. Go surf/swim/fish/paddle/ski/dive. Leave all issues on the beach.

Current go-to surfboards?
5’10 keel fish.
6’4 step-up.

Best advice you were ever given with regards to surfing:
Keep your back knee low and compressed.
You won’t know till you go!

Joined in 2022 and did my first G-Land stint as soon as COVID allowed.
