Internship- Durban, KZN.
2 years working in Ireland- Orthopaedics and Internal Medicine.
7 years GP experience – Mossel Bay.
Rural medicine – Sahel Triad Africa.

Spots in Mossel Bay and the surrounding areas.

Surf Travel Experience?
Ireland, Norway, and Reunion Island.
Best surf trip?
Reunion Island- I won a free trip with a mate. We ended up scoring epic waves and were welcomed in by the locals.
Worst surf trip?
Transkei 2024- it rained for 1 week straight; Mdumbi and Lwandile had no sand on the points.
Favourite surfer in the world, and why?
Grant Twiggy Baker- 3-time big wave world champion, South African, Fearless.
How do you cope with stress? Do you have a release?
Surfing, spearfishing, fishing, riding motorcycles and spending time in nature/ on the farm.
Worst surfing injury?
No bad injuries for me. Had a buddy who ruptured his spleen after a bad wipeout.
Current go-to surfboards?
6.0 Spider Gringo.
What was the best advice you have ever given about surfing?
The best surfer out there is the one having the most fun
